Yoga, Scones & Sutras

Come and join us for the second time in the courtyard for a gentle yoga session, followed by breakfast and a guided reading of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.

Together we'll move, breathe, eat, read, and discuss. Through selected passages of this ancient text, we'll explore questions that are still relevant today: how do we pay attention, live with intention, and relate to ourselves and others?

No previous experience with yoga or philosophy is needed, just bring your curiosity.

The session lasts 90 minutes and includes yoga, freshly baked scones & warm drinks, and the reading/discussion.

Ticket 22€, 6 places available, bring your own mat (or book it if you don't have one).

As a Pilates and Hatha Yoga teacher, I enjoy helping people reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement. Inspired by the teachings of both disciplines, I explore ways to integrate them into daily life, both on and off the mat. My approach is accessible, attentive, and adaptable to every body.
