Citizens' assembly #3

Reclaim the narrative. Speak for yourself. Connect with your community.

You didn’t attend the first ones? no problem! It can be a different crowd each time!

On Sunday 26th of August at 6:30pm, Unity Bookshop opens its doors for an evening of drinks and real conversation - the kind that doesn't come with a moderator, a hierarchy, or a script.

We will talk about the things that bind us as people. We can make space for agreement and for dissensus, for debate, in order to stimulate our intellectual reflection, listen to one another, let space for the understanding.

Facing dumb polarisation, manufactured outrage, and the slow creep of politics built on division and fear, let's do something different. Let's think locally, speak honestly, and build something together.

You can suggest a topic, or add a question via the form below - or just show up and join the conversation.
