social text* is a nomadic gathering facilitated by juliette yasmine mello & Valentina Bianchi.
It's a collective practice that attempts to facilitate reading as a pleasurable process, moving from conversational modalities toward experimental modes of poetry-making. 
Participants are encouraged to bring their own books, especially those they find difficult or resistant.
Through cyclic phases of reading and discussion we will gain new access to the texts as social fields.
Whilst we will mostly read and chat in english, participants can also bring a book in their preferred language.
