If you followed Unity’s adventure, you might have noticed and early collaboration with Journalist Len Buggenhout, a writer and an activist in the LGBTQIA+ scene - Len crosses borders to discover the various meanings of Pride in all the European countries. With his project, he meets the actors who organise and shape the Prides, and through his interviews, he references message in a beautiful Zine which celebrates each time a colour of the Rainbow.

One colour - One theme - One challenge

At Unity Bookshop, we were also taking pride of hosting Len’s first two issues of “Chasing the Rainbow” and we can’t wait to now officially host the launch of its third issue, dedicated to the theme “Community” - we couldn’t fit better!

Pride is more than a parade or a season. Pride also creates a fragile, powerful web of solidarity and memory that connects queer people across borders and generations. In this issue, we explore the meanings of community.
