In a crowded city, we often wear masks to blend in. This month explores the tension between our public personas and our true creative identity. Day after day, we shift our shape for our colleagues, friends, family, and strangers on the street. But where does true authenticity stand among all those different identities?
Join us on Friday 30th October for a very special edition of the Brussels Creativity Lab, co-hosted with wellbeing coach and yoga teacher Carmen Pontelli.
On the inside, we are so much more than what we think—and far more than what others think we are. In this creative workshop, we’ll explore our inner voice, look at how we balance our many roles, and ask: What parts of myself do I truly wish to express?
To bring this to life through expressive arts, we will be inviting participants to create paper masks.
Get ready to experiment, play, meet others and have fun.
